Ronald A. Katz: Multi-District Litigation (v. 79 defendants) The Ronald A. Katz (or RAKTL) cases have been the most prevalent Telecommunications patent cases for the past decade. So numerous are these cases that they are combined into a MDL venue which required grouping the cases into 3 separate tracks and schedules.
